Everyone knows who Tony Robbins is. Some people like him and some don’t. I used to really love to read his books, although I admit I haven’t read too much material of his for quite some time. I did used to listen to his audio programs as well as read his books. Tonight he has a new show out called Breakthrough.
A lot of people out there think that he is just another motivational speaker. But he is not. The guy actually teaches you how to manipulate your own brain. I know that sounds bad, but it is not. Your brain is capable of some really great high end thought. It is also capable of using some really low end ancient communication skills to make us react to things in ways which aren’t best for us.
How many times have you snapped at someone too quickly and then been embarrassed because of it. Having the ability to control these things is called emotional intelligence. This is the kind of science that Tony teaches. He explains actual techniques to use to control your own mind. He teaches you how to develop habits that you know you need to develop for personal success. He is the one of the best if not the best personal development guys out there.
What is breakthrough about?
On the show, Tony says he is going to be introducing us to a number of people who are experiencing different difficult situations in life. These people are each suffering in a different way. They need a breakthrough moment.
Breakthrough is about that moment in a person’s life when they decide they cannot take it anymore and a change has to be made. That is a breakthrough moment. It is an epiphany if you will. More than an epiphany though, it is a moment of action.
The one thing that Tony always stresses in his material is getting people to develop the ability to take massive action. I truly believe that this is the key to massive success in a person’s life. You have got to take massive action or get other people to take massive action on your behalf.
How does breakthrough relate to my business?
Breakthrough is the story behind getting these people to do things that they never dreamed possible. Once a person experiences something like that, then they become unstoppable. They develop the confidence to really do something big and something great.
When you are in this business of blogging or building niche websites, the same things apply. New people get worn down by the shear volumes of information that they need to learn when they never realized there would be so much. People get bogged down in doing things that don’t make them any money. They get bogged down in things that are total time sucks. These things lead to failure instead of success.
If you are going to make it in this business, you are also going to have to have your own breakthrough moment. You will need to find that one point where you quit wasting your time on things that don’t work and start doing the things that make you money. You are going to get out there and start promoting the heck out of your material so that other people actually find it. When you learn how to get interested people reading your material and learn to get hot prospects to your products, that is when you start making it.
When is Tony Robbins Breakthrough show going to be on?
Breakthrough is going to be aired tonight. It took something like 2 years to make this according to what I have been reading. I am looking forward to it. I will be watching it tonight on NBC right along with you.

Check the show out. I watched the first episode and I liked it. There have been times I have seen Tony appear exceptoinally genuine, like in this episode.
Whether you believe in his methods or not, he does get people to think about what is important to them. That in and of itself is extremely valuable.
Don’t feel bad John. The guy is a master at eliciting emotion.
Breakthroughs are cool. I have had them a couple times in my life. One time back in high school (which was a long long time ago) and another time in my late twenties (which was a long time ago). Oops! I am giving away my age.

Tony Robbins us very famous here in my country Saudi Arabia ,his self help books get translated to Arabic as soon as it cone out I think,his philosophy in unleashing your inner strength and utilizing the brain functions to improve your life is amazing. I heard also that he comes here to conduct NLP course

We used to have assignments in high-school about his books the one I remember is “awaken the giant with you” or something like that :)

Yea, Tony is cool. His material really gets you thinking.
I saw the show 1st time tonight…couple almost bankrupt…truthfully I was disappointed…how many 1000s of couples in similar positions get those breaks and interviews with job prospects that they did if not for Robbins contacts? Not many…hardly a true reality show in my books.
I know how you feel. I used to look at things that way too. But then I realized that beliefs like that were keeping me from the best life has to offer.
It is perfectly fine to celebrate another person’s success even though there are more people suffering out there with the same problems who didn’t get any help. It has to start somewhere.

I do try to reply to all of them. I know that a lot of people don’t care about that. But, the ones who do care, really care a lot. It is just a simple way of saying thanks for noticing me and acknowledging that my two cents was heard.
Bummer the show isn’t going to make it in prime time.
I still got something from the little bit of it I did get to see. I find Tony’s work very inspiring.
